If you have forgotten your PIN, you can retrieve it directly on the platform or by telephone.
You can instantly block a card to make it temporarily inactive and this action can be reversed anytime. For example, you might want to block a card if you think you have misplaced it.
If a card becomes unusable due to physical damage, you can declare it damaged on the platform.
If your card is lost or stolen, you should immediately report it.
To view your transactions, on your personal online interface, click on the Cards tab at the left of the page or click on the Transactions Tab. Select the card for which you wish to view transactions. You will be able to see the transactions on your card.
You can export your past transactions to a CSV or an XML file.
