I have topped up my State of Cards account, but the funds have not been received.

Due to compliance reasons, we’re unable to accept top-ups by transfer from certain sources. This includes some certain countries, banks, and entities. If your top-up wasn’t successful, the funds should be reverted and returned to the sender’s account within the next 5 working days.
